Here we go again, Officer Felix back at it with another S.A.F.E. Event! This month's theme #dontgobrakingmyheart💔. Reminding students to not text and drive, and wear their seatbelts, as well as to arrive alive, tap them brakes, because we at Osage are always S.A.F.E! To celebrate this theme, Officer Felix and his S.A.F.E. Team had an anti-valentines day by passing heart-shaped cookies and heartbrake memes. Yielding a tremendous student body turnout.
Big thanks to the Osage S.A.F.E. team: Mrs. Smith and Officer Felix
Next month's theme is going even BIGGER where wearing your seatbelt will not only keep you safe but also may earn our students prizes.

Liam Vaughn and Jayla Jenkins represented Osage City Middle School in the Osage County Spelling Bee at Marais des Cygnes Valley. They both did a great job and Liam is the Osage County Champion and will move on to compete at the State Spelling Bee in Salina. Good Luck Liam!

The music students are learning about composing music. After seeing early tablature discovered in present-day Syria and Iraq, the students are creating their own compositions using xylophones to tap out a melody line.
